A 6-Week fitness program with education and guidance on exercising safely and staying active throughout pregnancy. This program focuses on guided workouts that are safe for pregnant moms. You will also learn about pelvic floor health and how to prepare your body for labor AND delivery.


Education & instruction lead by Physical Therapist & Pelvic Floor Specialist, Kateri Rybicki Silverthorn, PT, DPT of Project Movement and owner & certified personal trainer, Emily Lelito of AFTERBURN.

CORE REHAB: MOMMY EDITION
6-WEEK PROGRAM

SESSION 1: Tuesdays at 5:30pm ~ Starts Nov. 7th

SESSION 2: Saturdays at 9:30am ~ Starts Nov. 11th

Rebuild your core stability & strength after pregnancy. During this program, you will learn how to engage your core properly, repair your pelvic floor, & safely stretch & exercise with ab separation & diastasis recti.

Gym owner & new mom, Emily, will be leading this program with the help of her 5 month old who will be with her at class. We encourage participants to bring their little ones as well! Whether you are alone or have your baby, workouts will be adjusted as needed.

BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS

6-WEEK CHALLENGE 2024

Starting Jan. 2nd, the Building Healthy Habits 6-Week Challenge focuses on building healthy habits through incentivizing daily physical activity, water intake, and other healthy daily practices. The overall goal of the challenge is to help participants build healthy habits that will help them achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals over time.
