This 6-Week Program focuses on repairing the core after pregnancy by learning how to safely exercise with proper progressions and modifications per your individual needs.
During this program, you will learn how to engage your core properly, repair your pelvic floor, & safely stretch & exercise even if you have ab separation & diastasis recti. This program is also great for women who are currently pregnant. ​

Gym owner & new mom, Emily, will be leading this program with the help of her 18-month old. Whether you are alone for class or have your little, have limitations or injuries, workouts will be modified for each individual as needed. ​Program starts the week of November 5th with 6 classes over 6 weeks for $72. There will be a make-up class dates offered for any mom that cannot make their regularly scheduled class.
