About the Event
The Building Healthy Habits 8 Week Challenge focuses on building healthy habits through incentivizing daily physical activity, water intake, and other healthy daily practices. The overall goal of the challenge is to help participants build healthy habits that will help them achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals over time. Each participant accumulates points in three categories over the 8 weeks and will additionally recieve one point for every 1.0% of total body weight lost and one point for every 1 inch lost from their total measurements taken at the first day and last day of the challenge. The three categories that will determine points are the number of classes or training sessions completed weekly, a minimum daily number of steps, and a minimum daily ounces of water. There will also be additional weekly incentives and prizes were participants can I accumulate more points towards their totals.
