DUMBBELL HIIT

STRENGTH & MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

This class is a strength HIIT circuit class utilizing dumbbells & bodyweight exercises for a full body workout. Compound exercises & functional movements make up this full body burner.

BODY BLAZE

TONING & FAT-BURNING

High energy, fat-blasting, full-body burn HIIT class that utilizes a little bit of everything! Workout includes plyometrics, high reps, bodyweight & weighted exercises. Bring the heat!

AMAZING ARMS

UPPER BODY STRENGTH

This is a 30-minute upper body class to build lean, toned arms! This class utilizes  a variety of equipment, along with body weight exercises to sculpt & tone your arms!

BUTTS'N'GUTS

GLUTES & CORE STRENGTH

BUTTS'N'GUTS is a 30-minute class focused on glutes & core! This class utilizes a variety of equipment including resistance bands & dumbbells, along with body weight exercises to burn those buns!

COMBUSTION

STRENGTH & MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

A class with a goal of fat loss and muscle gain. Low to medium impact. Utilizes a variety of types of exercises and types of training, while getting a full-body workout. Light the torch!   All fitness levels & experience welcome but RECOMMENDED FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED.

CORE REHAB

STRENGTH & CORE

 CORE REHAB is a 30-minute full body core strength class. With a focus on teaching proper core engagement, this class offers full body workouts that build core stability and strength. Each exercise completed has your core in mind.

CAKE & STEMS with Coach Ashley
LOWER BODY FOCUS

BABY & ME SERIES w/Coach Emily
STRENGTH & CORE STABILITY

Coach Emily offers two classes in this series. The BABY & ME Fitness Class is a Mommy & Me style class created to allow moms to get a full body, low intensity workout in with their little one! The STROLL & BURN class is a stroller walk & workout. Get your kiddos & let’s have some fun!

GROUP FITNESS IS EFFECTIVE AND AFFORDABLE

Group fitness is an effective and affordable way to get in shape. Our small group fitness classes can be easily modified for any individual's fitness level or experience ensuring a safe and challenging workout for all! Whether it is your first class or you are a seasoned pro, we have a class for you. All classes are modifiable to fitness level and/or limitations. We ask participants to carefully and honestly assess their readiness for classes before attending. If you are new to the gym and not sure where to start, we recommend that you start with a beginner or intermediate level class. Also, let your class instructor know that you are new before the start of class, that way they can better assist you in making sure you get the workout you need and want.
