CORE-REHAB: MOMMY EDITION

6 CLASSES OVER 6 WEEKS FOR $72! STARTS THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 6TH!
This 6-Week Program focuses on repairing the core after pregnancy by learning how to safely exercise with proper progressions and modifications per your individual needs.
During this program, you will learn how to engage your core properly, repair your pelvic floor, & safely stretch & exercise even if you have ab separation & diastasis recti. This program is also great for women who are currently pregnant.
Workouts are meant to incorporate your little one in a Mommy & Me format but having your little one with you is not required. We will be offering two different sessions; Moms with toddlers will meet Tuesdays at 5:30pm and moms with infants will meet Saturdays at 9:30am. Although we are breaking into two groups, please don't let this discourage you from coming to one or the other if you can't make your child's specific age group.
Gym owner & new mom, Emily, will be leading this program with the help of her 5 month old. Whether you are alone or have your baby, have limitations or injuries, workouts will be modified for each individual as needed. When you sign up, you will be redirected to a questionnaire where you can identify what day and time will work best for you for class.
Program starts the week of November 6th with 6 classes over 6 weeks for $72. There will be a make-up class each week for any mom that cannot make their regularly scheduled class.
