PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING
PERSONALIZED EXERCISE PROGRAMMING
We offer 1-on-1 personal training and small group training. Each will be tailored to the client'(s) needs and wants. All new clients will receive one free session including a fitness assessment with the personal trainer assigned to them or their group.

We have added Open Hours to our Group Fitness Classroom. The Group Fitness Classroom or the Weight Room, as we will call it from now on, will be available to members around the class and training schedule. Members will have limited access to the Weight Room as follows.

GROUP'S NEXT WORKOUT!
This service is available to anyone, a membership is not required. When you reserve the weight room, you and your group will be the only ones allowed in the space. The room will be sanitized top to bottom, before and after the reserved time.
